This session provides insight into the costs of services and available resources, including important documents that you should be gathering and saving.

Navigating the Bureaucratic Maze of Health Care. This session discusses the differences between Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and insurance coverage and the differences in the continuum of services and how they are paid for.

What to look for in choosing a Nursing Home or Personal Care Home. Choosing a facility can be overwhelming especially when a family member is due to be discharged from the hospital the following day. This session gives pointers on what to look for and how to choose a facility for their loved one.
